Christos is not just a coach. He envisions and brings to life organizational evolution. Since 2005, he has worked alongside more than 800 businesses, both as a consultant and as a project leader.
As the author of “Fear: That Liar,” a certified coach and member of the ICF, he bridges the gap between strategy and the personal narratives that often get in the way of real progress. He is the architect of the core pillars of our methodology: Mind and System.

His career began in 1990 as a Systems Analyst (City College), forming the technical foundation for his expertise in process optimization and business analysis.
As the founder and director of Groowise.com since 2005, Christos has consistently delivered high-impact solutions in digital marketing, business consulting, and strategic development, helping organizations navigate the complexities of the modern marketplace.
His leadership credentials are rooted in real-world executive experience, having served as National President of JCI Greece and held senior managerial roles in prominent digital development agencies.
This extensive background allows Christos to bridge the gap between technical infrastructure and high-level business goals, ensuring that marketing and operational strategies are not just theoretical, but functional and scalable.
To complement his strategic acumen, Christos is an ICF-certified coach with an Advanced Accreditation in Team Coaching (Team Coaching Global Alliance, USA).
This dual expertise allows him to address the human dynamics that often stall corporate objectives. In 2023, he published “Fear: That Liar,” providing a structured approach to overcoming professional barriers.
